If you are not a morning person or you are in the morning rush, you can prepare the remedy in advance the night before. Mix the cinnamon with 1/3 or 1/2 of boiling water and leave it in the fridge. The next morning just add remaining part of warm water and honey.
We recommend, that you leave this remedy to cool down for about 20 minutes, before you add honey. It is not recommended that you add honey to boiling water, because hot water can destroy the live enzymes in the honey. Also if you don’t like particles in your concoction, we recommend that you strain the mixture before adding honey.
We do not recommend this remedy for children, because of cinnamon. We recommend it for adults only.
