Order Cancellations, Returns and Replacements

Customer may cancel the order at any time before it’s fulfilled for a full refund by contacting us by e-mail or contact form. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days. If your order has already been dispatched, please see our return policy.

The consumer may, within 15 days of receiving the goods, withdraw from the order in writing  without giving any reasons for the decision. It is considered that the message is timely if it is submitted within the time limit.
The consumer must, within 15 days after notification of the withdrawal from the contract, return the goods to the company.
Upon receiving the goods and checking out that they are intact and in the same quantity, the firm returns any payments made to the consumer in accordance with the law.
The only cost of the consumer in connection with the cancellation of the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods.

On the basis of Article 43c of the Consumer Protection Act repayment of cosmetics and cosmetic ingredients is not possible.
Return of cosmetic products and ingredients can be only perfomed in case that the error was committed by the Unguentarium (sending the wrong items or the wrong quantity). In this case, it is possible to complain about the cosmetic product or cosmetic ingredient only if its packaging has not been opened and the guard or protective foil has not been removed.

Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Any discrepancies with your order will be logged in our system for quick reference so that we can manage your account better. No returns or exchange will be allowed after 7 days from receiving of your order.

If an error has been made by Unguentarium with regards to a written order, either invoicing or packing, we will gladly pay for return shipment.

For a rapid and simple solution to the problem the cooperation of  the buyer is needed as well.
Upon return of the goods the consumer shall also send the invoice for the goods and personal data and bank account where you would like the payment to be returned.
We do not accept shipments with COD.
